Collaboration is possible as follows:
- As part of individual projects where a specific problem is tackled
- On a long-term basis by means of taking on a supervisory board or advisory board mandate
- Assignment as an interim manager for a period of up to 6 months
Management consulting can be assigned directly by management or by the investors of the enterprise. Both have a vested interest in the enterprise’s growth in value.
Bruno Steis, founder and CEO of Gray Fox Consulting GmbH, has over 30 years of in-depth professional experience in different management functions, both in major corporations and in young technology enterprises.
A key USP is Bruno Steis’ experience as an investor coupled with operational experience in small and large business entities. He, therefore, “speaks” the language of both, potential investors and management, and can be an important mediator between different stakeholders.
Most recently, he was CEO of inge GmbH, a global player for membrane technology for water treatment. Before moving to inge GmbH in 2008, he spent almost 10 years as a senior investment partner at Siemens Venture Capital (SVC), one of the leading corporate venture capital companies worldwide. During this time, he was responsible for numerous investments in technology start-ups in environment technologies, advising and monitoring these as a member of the supervisory or advisory board.
